| Beverages to be pre-selected from our wine list and charged per bottle, as per current wine list prices. Beers of your choice will be served. PLease advise if you wish spirits, cocktails and bottled waters to be served. |
PLEASE NOTE
- Beverage packages may be adjusted due to availability of product range.
- Bottled mineral waters are not included in our beverage packages.
- For groups of 20 guests and above coffees offered are long black, flat white, English breakfast and green tea.
- Our menus are subject to availability due to seasonality and freshness of produce required for our dishes.
HARE & GRACE BOOKING PROCEDURE
- Contact HARE AND GRACE to make the initial booking.
- Nominate your option to HARE & GRACE, and supply a $1,000 deposit.
- If your function costings exceeds $4,000, a deposit of $1,000 is immediately due to secure your booking.
- 7 days prior to your event provide HARE & GRACE your final numbers and pay for your food component in full. This acts as your deposit for your function. It will become non-refundable. Any other charges such as beverages can simply be settled on the night. If you are not contactable on this day, charges will be made on the nominated credit card.
- Menu selections and dietary requirements, with guests names are also due on this day.
